| The Cokin A Series Filters are recommended for lenses between 36 and 62mm in diameter with a focal length over 35mm. Cokin square filters fit into a holder and are attached to a lens via an adapter ring, the photographer has a number of immediate advantages: The Cokin System fits most lenses so there is no need to duplicate filters for different lenses. The Cokin Adapter Ring will take up to three filters at the same time which allows the photographer to produce some unique effects. By changing the positioning of the filter the photographer has full control over the positioning on the photograph of the selected effect.
